SCENEGO LEGAL
Community Standards
SceneGo is for professional, lawful filmmaking collaboration. These standards apply to profiles, projects, screenplay access, messages, photographs, links, and offline conduct arising from the Service.
1. Be truthful and professional
Represent your identity, roles, credits, affiliations, projects, rights, location, interests, and funding capacity accurately. Do not create sham opportunities, fake credits, deceptive profiles, impersonations, or misleading promises of representation, financing, employment, distribution, or awards.
2. Respect creative ownership
Upload only material you have authority to share. Do not copy, download, photograph, transcribe, redistribute, pitch, adapt, train systems on, or exploit another member’s screenplay or project information without permission. Approval to read is not approval to use.
3. No harassment or discrimination
Do not threaten, stalk, bully, sexually harass, shame, intimidate, retaliate against, dox, or repeatedly contact someone who has declined or blocked communication. Discrimination or exclusion based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Professional criticism must remain relevant and respectful.
4. No exploitation, scams, or unsafe offers
Do not demand advance fees for auditions or jobs, solicit banking credentials or passwords, operate pyramid or investment schemes, misrepresent compensation, conceal material working conditions, traffic or exploit people, or pressure anyone into unsafe meetings, nudity, sexual activity, unlawful work, or rights transfers.
5. Content boundaries
Content depicting or promoting child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, credible threats, terrorism, trafficking, graphic real-world violence, self-harm encouragement, malware, fraud, or unlawful activity is prohibited. Narrative project descriptions may address mature themes when lawful, professionally presented, and not used to target or shock members.
6. Privacy and confidential information
Do not publish another person’s private contact information, home address, government identifiers, financial data, medical information, private communications, unreleased creative material, or confidential production information without authority.
7. Spam and platform integrity
Do not send bulk or repetitive solicitations, harvest data, evade blocks, manipulate engagement, automate accounts, probe security, bypass access controls, file knowingly false reports, or use SceneGo primarily to redirect members into unrelated commercial schemes.
8. Reporting and enforcement
Use in-app reporting for profiles, projects, messages, infringement, scams, threats, or other violations. Preserve relevant evidence and contact emergency services when immediate danger exists; SceneGo is not an emergency service.
SceneGo may remove content, restrict features, revoke access, warn, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, or contact authorities. Severity, context, history, intent, risk, and legal obligations may affect outcomes. Reports are reviewed in good faith, but no particular result is guaranteed.
